It's kinda disrespectful how the author made it seem as if suicidal ppl would kill themselves even if they had many ppl who care abt them.. realistically speaking, just one person reaching out to u is more than enough to survive those thoughts. Author should educate themselves before using such sensitive topics.

Well, this isn't true sadly. I knew people that were loved and still attempted suicide. She seems to be having severe case of PTSD and it is not something you can heal without professional help. Reaching out is sadly not enough in that case. Also, FL thinks she is an outsider and doesn't feel like being connected to anyone in the novel world.

Well that's not TRUE. People come in different shapes. Sometimes just having the reassurance that there's someone who loves you is enough. But sadly that's not the case with most. When you have no sense of meaning or purpose or something to ground you it doesn't matter who's around you or how much they cherish you. And she has felt like an imposter all her previous life and now that she's migrated Into a fictional story, and getting the love which was meant for Selina, it's hard to leggo of that deeply rooted belief about being an imposter. So yea, I think the author did enough research for this

Yh one person is more than enough to save someone but according to her, they aren't the people she wants to be recognized by. The people she cared and loved didn't care about her so she killed herself in her first life and now in this life the love she is receiving isn't for her but their daughter. No one likes to be treated as replacement for someone else.

I've had depression for a while and I've planned to take my life multiple times- despite having a few people who care for me. I could be loved by everyone in the world, and I'd still feel so tired and wish to die. Love isn't always enough to 'cure' people.
