Hill tries to give birth naturally, but ends up having a C-section because he is too weak and lost to much blood. The little baby looks just like Hill. We don't know of Hill will live or die yet.

what happens to Hill 😭 He can't die, he is ML of main character, so he can't die, right? 🥲 Author won't hurt us so bad? Author is not that sadistic, right??! 😭
