Hill tries to give birth naturally, but ends up having a C-section because he is too weak and lost to much blood. The little baby looks just like Hill. We don't know of Hill will live or die yet.

No idea 😭 But they are main couple, it should have happy ending 🥲 Usually it does, but some authors debate from normal and loves to bring immersive pain to their readers 🥲 I hope that's not the case in this story 🥲 I want them to be happy together with their baby so bad 😭
