(this is just a random scenario, but stuff like this actually happens do not EVER brush it of or make light of it by saying that because one party was drunk, they can't be held responsible for ruining someone's life. It is not okay, wether they are drunk or not)

@Soe Yarzar Tun There are cases in retirement homes where men have gone into their wives room and had s**.  She was in memory care and didn't know who he was.  He was a stranger to her and she screamed for help.  No one helped her because they were married.  It was ra** but not a crime.  It was still ra**.
