@Soe Yarzar Tun so... if some random dude gets drunk, stumbles outside,sees a random woman walk by, grabs her and then forces her to have s** with him, likely traumatizing her for life, it's not ra**?
(this is just a random scenario, but stuff like this actually happens do not EVER brush it of or make light of it by saying that because one party was drunk, they can't be held responsible for ruining someone's life. It is not okay, wether they are drunk or not)
