@Jem YES I was even told that I justify irl r*pe because I read jinx. Sending her death threats is Way too far though.
I just know Jaekyung is going to be extremely upset just like you said. For him to do something completely out of character so soon he would either have to be drunk or mentally unstable.I wonder how the story is gonna go, like how him and Dan get together and his past with Junmin.
Poo c tight Poo c clean Poo c fresh, Poo c pretty Poo c fat full a flesh #1 Jaekyung lover😔❤️
@M.Monroe I've noticed that some readers think in terms of black and white, with no in-between. That's such a basic way of thinking. Just because we read something doesn't mean we justify or agree with everything! Readers such as ourselves know that there's so much more to Jinx than just surface level situations. I love the psychological elements as well as the realistic portrayals of human existence which Mingwa shows as contrasts (e.g. wealth/poverty, winning/losing, kindness/cruelty, young/old, life/death, etc.). I think rereading helps readers to better understand the nuances of the story, including complex characters like Jaekyung.
@M.Monroe Like you said, Jaekyung would have to be drunk or something to have a personality change like that. And we know that he definitely has a completely different personality when drunk 😏 When Jaekyung discovered that Dan had left, he was surprised and felt bad, but he also showed anger (threw the jacket). I think he'll be angry and hurt that Dan had the nerve to leave him. The exact same thing happened when he thought Dan had blocked his calls. At first Jaekyung was surprised, then he covered the rejection he felt with anger. Yeah, his past with Junmin is a mystery. I'm thinking they could be related (a half-brother or cousin maybe? 🤔) Who knows, but it will be interesting finding out his past, including why he has the jinx! Mingwa mentioned it will be a long redemption arc for Jaekyung, so I guess Dan and him will take a while to get together.
