@Riri well I used to be super strict like that, but now I’ve eased up. I still work out regularly and try to eat enough protein because it makes me feel good, but I don’t track or count every single thing like before. At first, I definitely couldn’t look at food without seeing numbers, just like what you described. But slowly, I started letting go of that mindset.

I won’t lie, it took time, but eventually I learned to trut myself more. Now I can enjoy meals for what they are instead of just worrying if they fit into a number. I still keep ny habits, but in a way that feels more natural and less stressful. So it is possible to find that balanc i mean like you don’t lose all the discipline but you also don’t feel trapped by it forever
