I just don't get it if you are going to tourture your children for their existence ,say they are a mistake and are better off dead then why to have them in first place even if they are a mistake it was done by you so bi*** please learn to take responsibility for those mistakes and make it up for them

Basically Raphaels dad and cayenna's mom had an affair when she was "recuperating" after giving birth to cayenna. So Raphael and Rezef are step brothers and Cayenna and rezef are step siblings too. Meaning he isn't of Royal blood cause he isn't the emperors son which is why the emperor hates him
