@Kalpana Chakraborty   Basically Raphaels dad and cayenna's mom had an affair when she was "recuperating" after giving birth to cayenna. So Raphael and Rezef are step brothers and Cayenna and rezef are step siblings too. Meaning he isn't of Royal blood cause he isn't the emperors son which is why the emperor hates him
