I think that phrase applies to you because you're here tryna be a doctor providing "random a s s" information even though you clearly don't know what's happening to the person.

NO ONE. AS IN NO ONE in this world would want their families or friends to tell them random information like that.
Just imagine, you said to your friend you can't cry then this stupid friend proceeds to tell you that it's a symptom of cancer. Like?? Do you even hear yourself???
