Rapists are definitely among the worst of the worst and deserve harsh punishment.  Hunting them for sport is... a bit much though. Even if you're justifying it that 'they chose this' you still are the one who wants to hunt humans down and kill them.

This is disgusting and barbaric, and I honestly lost some respect for FL for finding admiration in the princess for doing this. I will loose even more if she decides to join in in the upcoming chapters.

This isn't girl boss at all, this is the sh** I expect out of Stalin, Hitler, Pol pot, Pinochet or any number of other ruthless dictators.

Edit: since people seem to think I am supporting the rapists, I am not. Things are not binary. I am simply disavowing the actions of the princess, MC and author.

'The prey's worthiness as prey is irrelevant to my condemnation of the hunters.'

@thicknick76 This girl got enslaved so she probably bears some grudge, which could partly exuse her "admiration" for the villain princess.

Nonetheless it's a mirror of how the society of this lore is working : nobles are above everything and can decide life-and-death matters the way they see "fit", rather than obeying some international conventions based on philosophical and common-good long termed reflections. In a way, that's echoing the critics over those ancient regimens where nobles had such exagered priviledges with all the abuses that could happened.
@Ryip forgive me if I'm miss-remembering, but isn't she from our world? If so I'd expect her to not be so head over heels for this kind of thing.

Regardless I'm speaking more to the author, who seems to be pushing this as morally acceptable, and some of our fellow readers, who definitely are not in the fantasy world, yet cheer it on.

At the end of the day, this is fantasy, so what ever, ya know?
@thicknick76 I don't really have empathy for the rapiats ATM, perhaps I would if they showed regret but they are clearly proud of what they did.
@thicknick76 Read "I became the wife of the malelead", the girl even proposes "to cut the sinful parts or to throw them [to the monster]" and her (future) step-father decides to bestow both.

So, yeah. Technically it's up to the author's "fantasy".
@thicknick76 barbaric ? Um excuse me i would have sympathized with your comment if these rapist apologized to the victims when the princess asked them to but these bit**** had thrown a temper tantrum like they didn't do something fuc**** inhumane if these pieces of sh** were under the influence of some sort of drugs or alcohol the most lenient punishment for them would be prison sentence for at the very least 70 or 80 years or if they didn't wanted to be hunt at they should have cut of their reproductive organs so that they would never be able to commit a crime like this and also because people like this should not have even the tiniest chance of becoming a parent
@I am a sinner hard disagree. I've stated my reasons above, no need to rehash this with a new person.
@thicknick76 yes i have read your reasoning which is why I am also stating my reasons as to why your reasons are not making any sense
1. The first thing that you stated was that hunting humans is barbaric which i agree with but saying that for these type of people is completely incorrect
2.your second statement is that since the fl is from this world she should not be admiring this forgive me but to me it seems like you are sympathizing with criminals which you would not be doing if those ruthless dictators like hitler stalin etc were still alive
3. Your next statement is "Regardless I'm speaking more to the author, who seems to be pushing this as morally acceptable" pardon me but in no way, shape or form is it depicted that the author is pushing human hunting as morally acceptable just because she depicted that the fl who is from our world admires this does not mean that everyone should do so too
4.this one's a question for you have you ever met a victim of ra** have you ever talked to them or have you at the very least read or watched a interview of a victim the emotional trauma and the physical abuse they go through is far far far more worse than what is happening to these people not to mention the look of contempt or the disrespect these victims get when it is not even their fault
And even after reading and thinking about this you still sympathize with thes type of people my child i am honestly not even disappointed but worried about you because you are either to kind, naive or ignorant obout how this world is
@I am a sinner  1. Where is the line for acceptable vs. Unacceptable? I would say that starts and ends with "human". When it becomes less than that it starts to show the intentions of the *hunters* not the prey.

2. The prey's worthiness as prey is irrelevant to my condemnation of the hunters.

3. The fact that there are posts that are cheering on this behavior, tells me otherwise. I'm not claiming the author is literally trying to garner support to make this as a new law, but they way they it is portrayed is obviously as if it is a morally acceptable if not morally superior to do.

4. I am engaged to one. I know secondhand how awful it is. And fvck you for thinking I cannot have empathy for others because of what I've said. You know nothing about me, and I know nothing of you.

As to your final point, i want to say 2 things:
1. The prisoners were given a non-choice. They could try to run away from being hunted, and have a chance to get away with their freedom. Or they could apologize. But the problem is that it's not just an apology (which would make this a teeny bit more acceptable, I'll admit). But no, the apology will be met with punishment that is hinting at being ruthless and humiliating and otherwise very unpleasant. That's not a choice, that's bribing them to become prey less they feel your wrath.

2. I've seen this situation used often in fiction. Human hunters are using human (or elves/humanoids) captives to hunt for sport.

You know what is awfully consistent in those stories? Who the bad guys are.

Now, unless you have something new, I'm tired of writing about this. Continue to downvote, cope and seeth but just know, I don't care what others think. This is fiction, and none of this will affect your, mine or anyone else's daily lives.
@thicknick76 you know what i don't even care about what you say anymore when you're not going to even  understand my fuc**** point i am not talking about this fantasy world or what not even i know this is just based on imagination what i am saying is criminal that commit such heinous crimes should not be considered fuc**** human and should be treated as such they do not deserve to live because they are not going to fuc**** repent for what they did are just going to continue spreading evil and nothing else the world would be a fuc**** better place they just don't fuc**** exist
@I am a sinner   it starts with a human it ends human no it does not, a human being should be seen as an individual because not all humans are same some humans are more intellectual, some are more empathetic, some are more emotional and some are strict and cold , some humans are evil and some are more kind and forgive the concept of being human is honestly bullshit there are two kingdoms animal kingdom and the plant kingdom humans are categorized as human being because we are more intellectually evolved every human has their own thoughts making our way of living, eating and thinking very different from one another no human in this world has the same course of action on every thing which is why if there is a person who is kind, thoughtful, and helpful everyone around them should also be the same towards them and a person who goes around murdering people rapeing other men or women by their own choice they should be treated as a person ho is awful rather than categorizing them as a quote on quote 'human'
