Can someone explain why the MC can't go to other floors using the normal monster path?

He's a person from outside the tower. Only monsters from inside the tower can use the monster paths. That's what I understood from the locust invasion, at least.
@squirrel24 He can use it but he needs to have been in contact of lower floors to get there. MC is at the Top. He never once made contact with any of the lower floor so the door isn't showing him any destination of Point A to Point B. He's stuck in Point A.
@BionicFrost actually he can be move to other floors only if he get permission from tower administrator to act like proxy for them. It only happens once because Elle couldn't move to locusts evaded floor, so she let MC to handle the case for her.
@Freedom oh right. that was an earlier chapter that I mentioned. forgot admin thing was this far already but so much time has passed since released of that harvest carrot that I forgot
@BionicFrost i thinnk the proxy thing can only be used when neccessary meaningwhen smth dangerous is happening like the destuction ofpopulation of those fishes

He can go down to each floor and save each waypoint but that doesn't mean each floor boss will let him.
In time he'll have such influence in the tower that he can go practically anywhere. (not just limited to the black tower either)
Plus he'll use land deeds as a way to get down to the 'specific' floors he needs to visit for certain quests.
