<span class="mention" data-user-id="k27KgBL2">@Coul Davidace</span>  The pirates are technically the ones ones who killed it, and he didn't debuff it or attack it even once, the ship did, and he got permission to do so from the system as a one time technicality. Basically he just abused a bunch of loopholes. <br /><br />But I'm assuming because Dex still had a part to play in it, it gave dude permission to go through with his plans.
