hum what is that debuffs even works ? does it just prevent it from doing damage but he can do anything else ? it didn't seem to be the case at first but the fact that he was even allowed to come close to the leviathan then summon a spirit king to remove his water authority is crazy

@Coul Davidace The pirates are technically the ones ones who killed it, and he didn't debuff it or attack it even once, the ship did, and he got permission to do so from the system as a one time technicality. Basically he just abused a bunch of loopholes.

But I'm assuming because Dex still had a part to play in it, it gave dude permission to go through with his plans.
