There are plenty of reasons.
A true professional wouldn't just spout diseases left and right based on one sentence alone. It lacks the necessary information, context, and expertise required for accurate medical assessment and treatment. What a true doctor should have done is encourage the OP to seek medical help from qualified healthcare providers.
