Stop games. Stop looking at screens.
Eat early enough and healthy. Avoid chocolate, tea, coffee, fruit juices, etc, because those foods contains various nutrients but also molecules able to keep you awake (ascorbate, caffeine, etc). 
Above all you should ensure there's no lights at all in your bedroom, coz said lights even "feeble"/"deem"/whatever are still endocrine disruptors.
And never exercise nor get excited/scared/stimulated less than six hours before you bed up, coz adrenaline will keep you up.
