@A smart idiot don't play games and keep going to sleep at a certain time so your body knows when to get tired, watch videos that'll calm you down and make you sleepy. This is what I do, if you go to bed when you can't keep your eyes open you'll sleep so well
@A smart idiot Stop games. Stop looking at screens. Eat early enough and healthy. Avoid chocolate, tea, coffee, fruit juices, etc, because those foods contains various nutrients but also molecules able to keep you awake (ascorbate, caffeine, etc). Above all you should ensure there's no lights at all in your bedroom, coz said lights even "feeble"/"deem"/whatever are still endocrine disruptors. And never exercise nor get excited/scared/stimulated less than six hours before you bed up, coz adrenaline will keep you up.Â
