@Ilovereading I thought they said that he wasn't actually drugged he just thought he was. Also either way considering the detective should have known the entire situation because he was undercover and even if he wasn't when they arrive at the scene it would onl be reasonable to think he had been repeatedly forcibly drugged concidering the state he was in.
