And a simple sample of hair from his head would confirm that there was not an ongoing usage of drugs. That one night of being drugged wouldn't even show up on the hair sample because it was literally just the previous night. It wouldn't only show in his blood system. In addition you can see entry sites of where drugs are injected. They bruise and scar. Also you would see withdrawal like symptoms if he had been a user.
