@Periwinkle its a huge crime if you don't have enough medicine. The medicine is for those outside the town risking their life to get everything necessary things for the people outside. Also the Men knew the rules and consequences

@Storloloro alright I'm coming to terms with but if the kid needed the medicine so much that the father literally risked his life for it then why did the authority gave that kid the medication to begin with? Ik it's scarce but if guwon cares so much about his people then why doesn't he spare the medicine to him? Or maybe he has a system of his own to decide who is worthy of receiving medication which is also fuc*** up
