Teach is so smart but also way to emotional. His heart is clouding his logical thinking. Guwon did whats necessary for the sake and safety of the town. Teach should know that strict rules like that are the only way to control chaos.

@Storloloro death for stealing medicine? It's too much. Could've given him a severe punishment my cutting off his hand of smthn but death? It wasn't even that big of a crime. Also the way ut was executed is horrible. He didn't give a swift death rather beat him to death and also what a maniac to hit himself first then execute him.. if guwon cares abt this town so much then should also reconsider the laws because in the end it's the people that makes up the town
@Periwinkle its a huge crime if you don't have enough medicine. The medicine is for those outside the town risking their life to get everything necessary things for the people outside. Also the Men knew the rules and consequences
@Storloloro alright I'm coming to terms with but if the kid needed the medicine so much that the father literally risked his life for it then why did the authority gave that kid the medication to begin with? Ik it's scarce but if guwon cares so much about his people then why doesn't he spare the medicine to him? Or maybe he has a system of his own to decide who is worthy of receiving medication which is also fuc*** up
@Periwinkle they are running out of supplies and also on medication thats why the kid may not get ot anymore. They always hope that the hunters outside get their hands on something
@Periwinkle If the hounds die because they need but don't have medicine and they can't bring supplies anymore, everyone else is in danger, including the kids. Your question shouldn't be "why didnt guwon give him medicine if he cares so much", the question should be "if he father loved his son so much why didn't he volunteer to go outside and bring more medicine"? The father is ok with risking his life to steal medicine from people who all need it but he's not ok with risking his life going out for it?
@critical thinking THIS!! In a post apocalyptic world harsh rules are to keep it from going to he** in a handbasket. Honestly it would be way more helpful to send the dad out to get more medicine or die trying and also help with guwon playing executioner but the hounds are the only people keeping the villagers alive so in order to keep everyone alive the hounds need to be alive which means emergency stuff is saved for them. Super simple. Dad should have become a hound to gather and then he could have gotten medicine in proxy of his son.
