@Wittira gurl same I'm also on my periods... My mother really takes care of me during my periods if she is fine ... Soo you try to do little exercise it really really really helps to reduce cramps obviously not the extreme one like normal streching and walking and use heat pads pr hot bags and drink Ginger Water , take 1 glass of water boil it with ginger in it and make it 1 glass to half glass and drink it slowly slowly hope it will help and eat dark chocolate
