@Cats it's fuc*** up but realistic especially where he lives it's very common for family's to not want things like that to be known because it might ruin there reputation. I've experienced something very similar to what the mc is going through very very similar. So yes it's fuc*** uo and you have your rights but this story is very real to the real world and you should learn that

@Cookie no no, I'm not hating on the story. I'm just pointing out what I think the story tried to be critical of which is how the parents went about this entire thing. But also I must say that the ending didn't satisfy me (I did end up reading through it cause I got curious)
but generally I appreciate and understand the reason this story was written
