@Nobody to be a Knight you need to be afiliated to the goverment or a CD, the detail here is, brook says ''CONNECTION TO THE CELESTIAL LAND'' , CO NNEC TION, up to know we know that be connected to holy land you need to be a CD, otherwise you are not connected and are only a visitor.
