@Nobody they are all celestial dragons whit strong force of will, haki, devil fruit, etc.... we have been seeing for years only the CDs, that are stupid, lazy, and need to breath their own air because they are weak

Brook recoginsed one of them, as a princess of his kingdom, she is not a CD. Plus when you compare them to admirals they fall short, the DV are propably given to them as well.

He wanted Loki a giant to join him, do you think he would consider a giant on their level? Harald was chosen because he was an ancient giant and could force the rest of the giants to follow, i think they need kings. Otherwise why let candidates like admirals who are on a whole different level passed.

@Nobody to be a Knight you need to be afiliated to the goverment or a CD, the detail here is, brook says ''CONNECTION TO THE CELESTIAL LAND'' , CO NNEC TION, up to know we know that be connected to holy land you need to be a CD, otherwise you are not connected and are only a visitor.

@Nobody you are forggoting something really important, yeah they are the military, but the ones that are directly controlled by the CDs, is the Admirals+ thats the exact reason why garp never becomes a admiral and stay as vice admiral, even if marine try to promote him, all the other kingdoms that are not CDs, are not exactly related to World goverment, take for example elbaf, harald trys to connect elbaf to world goverment, same as wano is not directly related and lot of other places too.
