Jack is the white dragon, I think that was already confirmed in the previous chapters. If the theory here is correct, then Cardinal Brixton is probably about a few hundred years old as well? Since he mentioned before that Ian was the reason Derwin was built.

@DamareYou i have a feeling that cardinal Brixton build Derwin for the solo purpose to go against Archaia and sol
