The shackles were much longer? What does that mean? Shackles are shakles. Making it long or short doesn’t really changes the fact that you're being confined🙂<br /><br />Still for some reason I like the emperor....and I hate myself for that🙂

<a class="mention" href="/users/r8GxwmrY" data-user-id="r8GxwmrY">@Elsa</a>  As he explained, it just meant he was able to move around more, such as going to the bathroom, or as we saw, going to the graden/greenhouse(?) (Though those might have been different shackles.) Also, though it may not seem like it, there is a bit more freedom in that... in the sense that he is able to move around more.
