@Elsa As he explained, it just meant he was able to move around more, such as going to the bathroom, or as we saw, going to the graden/greenhouse(?) (Though those might have been different shackles.) Also, though it may not seem like it, there is a bit more freedom in that... in the sense that he is able to move around more.
