Because you're clearly not getting the story properly. The whole story is all about a lack of communication.

        - Because he is, he was always fearing for his life because of how ruthless Haein's family is.

         - First of all, he's the head of the legal team. He's literally just doing his job but Haein is too hardheaded and wants to join her Trillion club before anything else.

"shows she is cold but actually she always had his back in secret"
         - That's the thing. She's not really defending Hyunwoo. You gotta see it in his perspective. He is abused multiple times in front of Haein but Haein shows no care and only defends him behind his back. That's why all he knows is that Haein doesn't care anymore.

I would've accepted it if you said that you hate him because he's disgusting for want Haien to die because even I found it disgusting but hating him for "acting" like a victim and "overstepping" his wife on work is just stupid asf

@MD Sub wth..... these kdramas getting so freaking boring.... same old sh**, and an absolute non sense, no element, humans are losing their touch and ppl who watch are just giant feelers, 
some of these dramas are so boring and illogical.

i mean he**, probability of Godzilla evading is more than some of these kdramas making sense.

@Lelouch vi Britannia I believe you are way off. He chose to marry her knowing her family was ruthless, if he wasn't in for it then don't get married. His job is to take care of the legal matters, not to make decissions in her place. What if they did what he said and these departaments still give more loses than profits? Is he gonna pay for the loses HE caused by no listening to his boss when she said to close it instead of invert on it? His job was not to make the decission, you may not like it but he did overstepped there. And if she did take the wrong decission, she would pay for it but it would still be okay, she is the ceo and has to make these difficult decissions. And at least she had his back in secret, he didn't do it not in front of everyone and not in secret, he couldn't see beyond his own bellybutton, she was being bullied by her family too and he never noticed. And finally he was so happy when he found out she was dying, she would never. She is a way better person than him.

She is a way better person than him. That I agree but you are still way off and biased on your perspective.

First of all, Not true at all. He married her because she promised that she was  gonna protect him. To stay by his side.

Look at it from his perspective, all he knew was that Haein gave up on that promise. Just imagine, one day your marriage is full of rainbows and as soon as you get back from work, the room that your baby was supposed to live in is being taken care of with no communication on Haein's part.  It was a marriage but he felt like a slave.

How do you expect a person to see another person's darkness when he himself is already shrouded by his own darkness. 

Don't act like it was all Hyunwoo's fault when it's literally everyone's fault. 

 

Again, the problem in the story was the LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

To top it all, it's not like Haein was just cold to him. She was being a PAIN to him everytime then acts the loving wife behind him. Yet, you still expect the guy to look at her and her family kindly?

He was literally living in he** for years. He literally can't speak anything in his mind. He was always at their beck and call and his supposed wife, IN HIS PERSPECTIVE, is just ignoring him. 

To be fair, as disgusting his actions were, I don't even blame him for thinking that way because in his mind, it was literally the only way he can break free from the Queens safe.

Overall, yall are just biased in your opinions because yall know Haein is kind. If it was not shown that Haein was "protecting" him from her brother ( even though she only made it worse because Soo-cheol just take his frustration out on Hyunwoo ) yall wouldn't even bat an eye if Hyunwoo wants her to die. 

Can yall blame him for "acting" like a victim? Haein's aunt was known for "killing" his ex-husbands in society. Haein's Father is ruthless to those who backstabs him. Haein's Mother just looks at him like a servant. Soo-cheol bullies him every chance he gets.

I don't blame bro at all for thinking that way
