Theyd likely be expected to return home as well, and aside from Viola, probably pressured to do so. Either Ras or Sasha would no longer benefit from Chloe, as she cant officially work in both an independent estate and the imperial palace. Anne and Sashas countries could use it as a pretext for conflict as well, and while I have no doubt Chariot would ultimately win, itd still be a hassle. They also wouldnt be in a position to help with Chariots political maneuvering anymore, as theyd no longer be official mistresses and therefore not acting as the emperors agents.
There's nothing wrong with them retaining official mistress status, especially since its clear between all parties that its merely a title.
