Not sure about the time frame but I think this scene will happen soon when Chase will ask his Co-Actress for relationship advice but its after that when Chase will get kidnapped by omega's and beta's to steal his "seed" ifykyk, while he was out shopping for a watch(implied to be for Josh).
Josh then later saved Chase and tried to reprimand the kidnappers but the enemy behind him tried to swing a knife at Josh, attempting to stab him but luckily Josh dodged it but the tape on his ear got sliced in the process which revealed his marking.
Since Chase was already aware of Josh's C-section, that just solidified his suspicion. After the reveal, Josh had a talk with his coworkers since an omega in this kind of field was very risk but in the end he successfully convinced them to let him keep his job.
