Can somebody who read the novel tell me how Chase reacts to learning about Pete? Please?

Spoiler text.Joshua told Chase about Pete at the end of the novel and don't worry it was after their relationship was stable and most of the misunderstandings were cleared up. It was actually pretty emotional and cute situation when Chase found out that Pete was his child too. Joshua offered Chase that he would take Chase to see his son and Chase agreed to see Joshua's son and wanted to get along with him. They spent the whole day together at the amusement park and it was really cute and fluffy. But then an accident happens and Pete was in danger and Chase had to save him by overcoming his fear of dogs. At last, he overcame his fear and saved Pete and that's when Joshua told him that Pete is both of their son.

He thought Josh got Pete with another woman and got jealous a bit. But still he was excited to meet to the point where he rented the whole amusement park to go together. 😁

At first, when Chase knew the existence of Pete and saw him, Chase got jealous of who the "Mother" might be (he overheard Isaac's confession to Josh and abt the whole "I don't plan to live with anyone except her" last chapter).
 
Chase took both the father-son-duo on a date by renting a whole amusement park for them and he attempted to get along with Pete in the process (Pete actually has no problem with interacting with Chase but Chase is the one who who is trying to get used to that kind of domestic intimacy).
Josh talked to Chase about it and told him that it was normal for him to react that way because of his past. While they were conversing, they didn't notice that Pete had gone missing which led to a whole frantic search and Chase hyperventilating and blaming himself, but Josh supported him and ran to inform the other bodyguards leaving Chase be left unattended.

Chase didn't stay still and tried to look for Pete when he heard a loud bark and a child crying, turns out Pete was trying to retrieve his toy but it was near a rabid dog. Chase was having such a dilemma because dogs were his biggest fear but he didn't want Pete to be harmed so he made a decision to try and save pete while having a panic attack because of the dog.
 
Josh was in complete distraught trying to find the 2 of them until he heard Petes cries and saw that Chase was trying to save him but in the end, it was Josh who took them both to safety and he ended up scolding Chase for jumping into such a dangerous situation without thinking, but Chase was still having a panick attack and told him that he'd rather try to overcome his fears than ket Pete be harmed and Josh confesses that Pete is actually his child and also told him the truth that on the day of Chase's rut, he didn't actually do it with a dog but rather he did it with Josh.
 
Chase was so mortified and disgusted with himself when he heard what came out of his mouth, and he asked Josh "I rap3d you?..." (honestly this was so refreshing, Chase is such a green flag), but of course Josh denied it because he told Chase that he consented doing it with him.

@Youngpoet SPOILERS so the three of them go to an amusement park and Pete gets into an accident... He gets surrounded by dogs and almost fall off from a height and then they save him ...ig Chase did...Yeah and Joshua confesses everything and Chase is so shocked and later of he's relieved and glad ....I should read again it's so good
