@Celeste  I hope people know that she's not Kwonwoo's personal physician or anything ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ she is someone provided by the agency so why is it so surprising that her sole focus is bringing Kwonwoo back to his S class level. Anyways, someone mentioned that apparently I gave a spoiler, which I don't think is surprising or anything because whatever I mentioned was based on what I have read so far and here's what happens in the chapters ahead:

Dowoon obviously takes the medication to increase his output and it takes a toll on him. He's sort of in a coma state.
Kwonwoo wakes up and when he realises that Dowoon is in a terrible state, he lashes out at the doctors and finally we see his physician come in and speak to him. Just as they are talking, Dowoon's state sort of worsens and the scene cuts there. Next we see Dowoon having woken up and Kwonwoo is avoiding him. He is visited by the red hair esper and his guide and the doctor also iirc.
