They are using the both of them now all because they want the S class esper to work for them. And it's not even like he's the only S-class esper. There are others. But nope. And I read some of the chapters ahead too and istg I hate the doctor. She pretends she's all doing it for their good but it's all for the agency. I get it that she works for them but as a doctor, prioritising the health of the patient is paramount. And clearly, that's not what's going on. She has been nudging both of them to this point.

@ERROR ok, I think there's been a misunderstanding. The doctor plays no major role in the following chapters. She just says max 2-3 things which do not explicitly state anything about her working for the agency. This is just what I think about how she has been acting so far. I hate the doctor was just related to the chapters I read. Whatever I mention after that is my opinion about how she has been acting so far. That's why I also mentioned that "that's not what's going on." And in the chapter that has been uploaded to- we see her nudging Dowoon even though Kwonwoo had already negated that as an option. At the start too, she was the one who encouraged the two of them to live together and have s*x. The doctor's focus clearly appears to be to bring back Kwonwoo to his S class level. And now that he is back to his S-class level, and they can't handle it, she's nudging Dowoon now to increase his guiding output.
@Celeste I hope people know that she's not Kwonwoo's personal physician or anything 😭😭 she is someone provided by the agency so why is it so surprising that her sole focus is bringing Kwonwoo back to his S class level. Anyways, someone mentioned that apparently I gave a spoiler, which I don't think is surprising or anything because whatever I mentioned was based on what I have read so far and here's what happens in the chapters ahead:
Spoiler!
Spoiler!
Dowoon obviously takes the medication to increase his output and it takes a toll on him. He's sort of in a coma state.
Kwonwoo wakes up and when he realises that Dowoon is in a terrible state, he lashes out at the doctors and finally we see his physician come in and speak to him. Just as they are talking, Dowoon's state sort of worsens and the scene cuts there. Next we see Dowoon having woken up and Kwonwoo is avoiding him. He is visited by the red hair esper and his guide and the doctor also iirc.
