You can't really get rid of your emotions given that they are ingrained in your brain. Usually people consume drugs to achieve that, but it's a big no no to recommend that. Maybe you can just push everyone or everything away in your life and be alone, that'll be pretty numbing.

<span class="mention" data-user-id="9YJNwbBY">@Ive been neutered</span>  not possible when you are always surrounded by a bunch of people and professors , working in a group, people assuming you are their friend and you can't really push them away coz that would distrupt the team projects, partner who you love too much but they just end up hurting you, but you have a guilty conscience and a weak heart that you can't leave them
