@Fck me It is true— because in the Chinese animation adaptation of another BL (Grandmasters smth...) all the kiss scenes from the novel were taken out.
BUT— the manhua version had the kiss scenes... so there's a high chance because the author posts on multiple platforms they aren't able to show those sort of scenes.
