Do you want to go to have a fun moment so then you ca suffer more not being able to afford what you need to buy and probably start cutting off mealsand other daily life needs so then later that would develop into a worse problem(like health problems which then you will have to spend more money for medicines/doctor appointments)? If so, then go ahead.
If she truly is your friend then she shouldn't feel angry about it and she should understand your situation, just remind her that you don't have money to go and sit down with her and explain your budget in details, be sure to remind her that you guys are still friends.
The other option would be that she pay for your share.
But yeah, it's like the gamblers issue, they always end up spending more money than they have and end up spending the budget they need for living.
