@Armageddon A gun alone will not protect you from death you can die at any time for any reason on the contrary when guns are distributed to everyone they can fall into the wrong hands and cause the deaths of innocent people I don’t know what kind of life you’re living on one side there are guys rolling around with airsoft guns on the other wolves are turning into Chihuahuas and stuff you must have a very fantastical life but for us normal people I don’t think individual gun ownership is necessary it will only turn into something that puts our lives at even greater risk

A murderer walks into a room of 5 people, in scenario one they are unarmed,in scenario 2 they open carry.
Think about it,for most of history people carried arms often,the reason it fell out of favor isnt for safety,it's for control.
Just as a cattle fence doesnt protect cows,it confines them for eventual slaughter.
