Tia went to the place where Bellesac is kept but he suddenly refused to leave. He insisted he’d rather stay where the Imperial Knights could “protect” him. Tia quickly realized he’d been manipulated most likely by the Empress through a knight named Olka Barraport. They had probably convinced Bellesac that Tia and Perez were trying to frame him, which made him panic and distrust them. Tia warned him and gave him one last chance to come along, but he stubbornly refused, so she gave up trying to convince him.
That same night, while Bellesac was asleep, Barraport tried to strangle him and make it look like suicide with a fake note written in his handwriting. Bellesac struggled but was on the verge of dying until Perez and his friends showed up just in time and stopped it. They knocked Barraport out and exposed the setup. After that, Perez didn’t bother being gentle he literally threw Bellesac into the luggage compartment of a carriage and dragged him back anyway 😂😂 When they arrived at the Lombardi estate, Bellesac reunited with his mother Serral. She was shocked and full of regret after realizing how dangerous the Empress truly was. Tia made it clear that from now on, Bellesac and his mother would have to live quietly, as if they were dead. She would support them financially, but that was all. There would be no place for them in the family anymore.
