@Luna lu He didn't pay attention to those around him despite him being in a position where people look up to him. That's just a shortcut way to getting betrayed in the long run. I'd say this kicero guy lasted quite long when I see the way he was treated by his role model.
@Luna lu darian was an ass**** basically. the man follow and worship him and loyal to a fault. i understand he want to pass it down to his son but that guy just want to be recognize by darien but darien dont even acknowledge him. if darien acknowledge him and properly guide him to swordmanship that actually fit him this wouldn't happen.

Well, if Darian doesn't want to teach him his swordsmanship technique then he should just guide him in his own swords technique. Also, the other guy was being too greedy for his swords technique. So basically both are at fault.

Just because he is worshipped doesn't mean he has to pay attention to him.
Also the person who worshipped him was clingy n obsessed. Not to mention how he basically insulted darian n his family in his words n actions, so darian lashing out at him like that is perfectly justified.
And Darian seemed to be the kind of person who won't do some things unless you voice, so if the dude had asked to be guided in his own swordsmanship, things would have been fine but he went ahead to mimic darian's(without permission) which can be seen as an insult

@Olasile Tijani im not saying the other guy is good. he's also a terrible person. he should have not touch or mimic darien swordmanship when given stern warning but he did anyway and darien snap but darien was really being an ass**** when he did what he did. true just because he is worshipped doesn't mean he has to pay attention to him but darien is a commander and in a leader position. it is his duty to steer his surbodinate in right direction yet he doesn't even bother looking at his most loyal man. he is divine swordman true but he also taken the role of commander, it is his duty to pay attention to his surbodinate
