The thing is would it have been okay if this was a gay character helping out another one? No! Because when you meddle in others relationship it just creates complications. YOU are just hating her for being a shipper, but it is same as girls helping each other out. She isn't forcing them to be a certain way or play out HER fantasies, she just wants to help him.
