@Le*** look, I dont want to make you feel worse, but have you tried therapy? Honestly, we all have our triggers but I dont think this is the place to do that. A lot of people are here to also get away from what's happening in the real world. We are doing our best to cope and if you need someone to talk to you need to try places other than manga comment sections...they're not going to do you much good.

@Le*** have you tried naming your emotions? sitting down and talking yourself through it? I know its not easy but these feelings aren't going to go away if you just ignore them. Sometimes it hurts more to process them but you'll feel better over all after. Again, manga coment sections will probably put you at more risk of a crash out. Try writing in a journal? If you need a way to physically get it out try doing some push ups or planks. Idk how your brain works but dont sit idly by and wait for sh** to work out...you have do more than wait here until it gets better

@Le***   hey i know how you feel. I have the same problem. I can't look someone in the eyes who supports trump or i will puke. If you would like to talk about how you feel please answer this comment. I also don't have anyone to talk about this problem with.
