I'm seriously so exhausted and miserable, I'm literally at my wits end. My brother came in my room and farted what he saw was me bawling my eyes out bc he farted. but really it was literally my last straw ive been staying up till 3am everyday stressing and worrying about my assignments and projects and when I finally get time to sleep I genuinely can't I've developed insomnia again bc of how stressed I am I've been living off energy drinks that genuinely don't work at all anymore bc how much I've taken them. When he came in he woke me up which already irked me bc I already get 2 hours of sleep a day and had finally slept then he literally farted in my face. It made me realize how miserable I actually am. I can't get rest when I want too, talking to my friends which I used to genuinely love so much is becoming a chore, and my life is all over the place. I'm so sorry for posting this but I think talking to anyone irl would just make me cry even more.

@Mayaaa is it possible to find another place to move? Or maybe just stay in a friend's for a couple of days so u can sleep and rest a little?
I'm so sorry u have to deal with all of this... At the same, you've been so strong until now!! I hope things get better for you soon!
@Mayaaa just go to any close friend's place for 2-3 days. Recharge your energy and comeback. Tbh it's not possible to understand others issues. Giving advice only makes it worse. So i hope you'll be able to get rest. Stay strong
@Mayaaa oh I know stress induced insomnia. I suffered from it for a couple of months. It was horrible. Your energy will be in shambles. I used to drink lots of fluids (coconut water really helps). Upbeat music really helped and idk if u do this already but try to imagine scenarios while sleeping like detailed scenarios but don't imagine conversations. I sometimes also used to repeat a complex word or sentence time after time till I slept. Also drink warm milk before sleeping. It probably will go on for a while but soon you'll be all better.
@Mayaaa it's okay twin..I can feel it...I have final exam day after tomorrow and still have 13 chapters to study and revise and make notes....you understand the pressure is crazy and on top of that my one of cousin brother has a leg surgery another one is suffering from kidney stones has to do surgery...I myself have terrible crazy backpain stomach pain and headache and everything is spinning...but don't worry it will be fine just prioritize your mental health
@MissLawl unfortunately I can't stay at a friends place i can't rest either I have assignments to do and I'm still trying to catch up from missing 3 days last month but thank you so much!! I'll definitely try to prioritize my mental health more
@Mayaaa i'm sorry to hear what you are going through. just remember how much stuff you've already dealt with successfully and know that this will soon be over too.
Energy drinks might also not help anymore because of the extreme sleep deprivation. I understand your struggles with sleep to a certain extent, since I'm also experiencing a similar thing right now. Others already gave some good pieces of advice. If you want, here's a few of things that help me:
- try some melatonin (helps with sleep) or valerian (a herb that calms nerves and makes one sleepy; take inxrease the dosage if needs be)
- focusing on breath helps me personally to fall asleep faster (after taking a higher dosage of valerian) 
- don't do in bed anything but sleep. this way your brain will associate it with sleep and you will fall asleep faster
- don't take naps, especially after 3pm
- if you drink anything with caffeine, drink it at the earliest two hours after you wake up. this way it has a better effect.
- drink energy drinks / coffee only if absolutely necessary. this way your body doesn't get used to the effect of caffeine and when you need it, the effect will be stronger
- try switching to black tea and dark chocolate when possible and when only light energy kick is needed. both have caffeine as well
- listen to your body. you know best what you need
