@Mayaaa oh I know stress induced insomnia. I suffered from it for a couple of months. It was horrible. Your energy will be in shambles. I used to drink lots of fluids (coconut water really helps). Upbeat music really helped and idk if u do this already but try to imagine scenarios while sleeping like detailed scenarios but don't imagine conversations. I sometimes also used to repeat a complex word or sentence time after time till I slept. Also drink warm milk before sleeping. It probably will go on for a while but soon you'll be all better.
