@imout Alright- this is what I did to a guy that I kinda thought looked handsome => put my pencile on his desk -> gave him a nickname stealer ( not mean but playfull) and tease calling him stealer so yeah!
before starting- you gotta look yourself presentable, atleast fix your hair or posture. Make yourself clean and comfortable.
1- i would love to start with a small real compliment: did he do his hair different => compliment, did he wear something nice => compliment, etc. and move on with that small compliment. don't stand there waiting for his reply. move on.
2- ask for favors, not big one but a small easy one, to making him feel helpful. giving him a small favor like " can i have a pencile " " can you hold this for one second?" will make him feel helpfull. the brain love to explain stuff- so if he helps you, he would simply think- you are close to him that's why.
3- make your movement slow when near him, lingering touch, your fingers on your neck or lips (bitting your bottom lips) but make it look natural not forced- while holding an innocent glance towards him. and a smile that isn't limited but a true smile that reach your eyes. silent is a good thing to make tension- when he talks, keep your eyes on him (like you're looking at a prey), your eyes not fully wide ( a relaxed eyes) and your lips a bit apart not too much ( have no reaction just simple " ah- that's interesting" "ok" uh-huh". and if he finish give him a smile with small " thanks- you're pretty good at it" or whatever he told you.
