@monarch of poverty He's just someone killing another person for breaking the law while also breaking the law. He just wants to kill people and uses his own sense of justice to feel good about it morally.

At the end of the day, it just comes down to what you base your morals on. If it's man's laws then that guy is as bad as everyone else.
