@kanimetomoe The lord is by himself and says that his mom couldn’t even take care of herself, but she made a promise to him saying that she’ll protect him no matter what (right before she passed). He thought that she was just saying that and it really didn’t matter, but now that he has Beom — he thinks that it was her plan all along to bring Beom to him(to protect him or make him feel safe). The part when he talks about the “ground” and “seed”, he’s basically talking to himself wondering when did his mom plan this whole thing out(the ground), when did it start (plant the seed), and now Beom is there protecting him(seed towering over him). Basically saying that he is now together with Beom, who protects and care for him, and it was all because of his mom saying she’ll protect him. Destiny stuff lol.
