Yeah not all of them make stories for artistic concerns, some just express themselves in their own story. And you're right not all is care about their readers but atleast they put warning before the episode I mean mostly I've seen so far.
Let's be real girl most but not all well-written and high quality story have p/rn or serializing in it no doubt about it, thats how they get readers attention

"At least put warning before" they do and still hypocrites.I wish some artists who express themselves this way would actually get seriously criticized and canceled for it.Cause Comics criticism isn’t as developed or taken as seriously as Film and Literary criticism.
That's how they get readers attention = Yep.They excuse the criminal acts of terrible characters.
Even if their plots are well-written, their work seems to prioritize shock value over artistic value lmao
