Don't believe the spoilers from the forum, read the novel. Wooyeon clearly didn't forgive Dohyun right away, Dohyun really loves Wooyeon and doesn't want them to break up. There's even a redemption arc, where Dohyun chases Wooyeon who avoids him. moreover even though Dohyun did make a big mistake, from the start he felt very guilty and didn't tell the truth because he was afraid of Wooyeon's reaction. Dohyun knows better than anyone how wrong he was, even after they were back together, Dohyun was still haunted by his guilt towards Wooyeon.
I don't want to underestimate Dohyun's mistakes, but Dohyun never hurt Wooyeon on purpose, he really takes care of Wooyeon and considers him precious.
