@Anthy I actually read what you said and I agree with you. Elise didn't try to better herself to get the prince, or even JUST to save her own life; she just wanted to be a better person in general. Obviously the prince had fallen for her now because she's someone who's out there saving lives, caring and helping others, doing admirable things, not tearing down others, hurting them and creating chaos.
I believe even if he didn't fall in love with her he would have respected her as a doctor and a person, because as we saw from a few chapters she had still made some mistakes from before the regression.
